To enter the promotion: 

Participants must purchase any two of the following products: Viti 10s Pack or Viti Jumbo Twin Pack and upload their receipt via the entry form to enter the draw to win a FREE gas cylinder refill. The receipt must clearly show the Viti product name(s) purchased and must be from a single transaction to qualify as a valid entry.

The promotion is open to customers who are ordinarily residing in Fiji during the promotion period, excluding employees of the promoter and their immediate family.

Promotion Period

Ends 23 August 2026.

Entry Qualification

1. Purchase any two of the following products during the promotion period:
   • Viti 10s Pack
   • Viti Jumbo Twin Pack
2. Collect your receipt showing the qualifying Viti products purchased.
3. Complete the official online entry form and upload a clear image of the receipt.
4. The receipt must clearly show the Viti product name(s) and must be from a single purchase transaction.
5. Entrants can only enter in their own individual capacity. Entering under a false name and winning will result in disqualification.

Prize Conditions

• Participants may enter multiple times, provided each entry includes a new valid purchase, receipt.
• To redeem a prize, winners may be required to present the original receipt submitted with their entry.
• Winners must have an empty 12kg gas cylinder to qualify for the FREE gas cylinder refill. 
• Entries must be received during the Promotion Period and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 
• Entries will not be accepted in any other way, form, or at any other time.
• Incomplete or ineligible entries will be deemed invalid.
• We reserve the right to invalidate any entry which, in our opinion, breaches these Terms & Conditions or any content guidelines published as part of the entry process. 
• Once submitted, entries cannot be altered or deleted. 

Draw

• Weekly draws will be conducted over five (5) weeks throughout the promotion period.
• Three (3) winners will be selected each week from all eligible entries received during the applicable draw period.
• Winners will be selected randomly. 

Prizes

• 3 x FREE gas cylinder refills to be won each week.

Prize Dispatch & Collection

• Once winners are announced, the promotion team will coordinate prize collection arrangements with each winner.
• Winners’ details will be shared with the designated stores closest to them for prize fulfilment.
• Winners will be required to collect prizes from the advised collection location. 
• Prizes not collected within 30 days of notification will be cancelled. 

Notification

• Winners will be notified via the contact information provided during entry. 
• If a winner cannot be reached within 7 days of notification, a replacement winner may be selected.

Publicity

Winner names may be announced on the official Viti Facebook page and other promotional channels.

Disqualification

• Viti reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with the Terms and Conditions
• By participating, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions. 

Confidentiality/Privacy

• The parties agree that any non-public information obtained hereunder concerning the other party is confidential and may not be disclosed without consent, except as required by applicable law.

Jurisdiction

• These Terms & Conditions of Entry will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Fiji Islands, and each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Fiji courts.
