To enter the promotion: 

Participants must purchase purchase two packs of Orchid Serviettes and upload their purchase receipt via the entry form to enter the draw to win a Pots & Pans Set.
The promotion is open to persons ordinarily residing in Fiji, excluding employees of Essity and their immediate family members.

Promotion Period

1 October 2026 to 8 November 2026.

Entry Qualification

• Purchase any two packs of participating Orchid Serviettes during the promotion period.
• Collect your receipt showing the qualifying products purchased.
• Upload a clear image of the receipt through the official entry form.
• Entrants can only enter in their own individual capacity. Entering under a false name and winning will result in disqualification.

Prize Conditions

• Participants may enter multiple times, provided each entry includes a new valid purchase and receipt.
• To redeem a prize, winners may be required to present the original receipt submitted with their entry.
• Entries must be received during the Promotion Period and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
• Entries will not be accepted in any other way, form, or at any other time.
• Incomplete, illegible, or ineligible entries will be deemed invalid.
• We reserve the right to invalidate any entry which, in our opinion, breaches these Terms & Conditions or any content guidelines published as part of the entry process.
• Once submitted, entries cannot be altered or deleted.

Draw

Five (5) winners will be selected from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Prizes

Five (5) Pots & Pans Sets to be won.

Prize Dispatch & Collection

• Once winners are announced, the promotion team will coordinate prize collection arrangements with each winner.
• Winners will be required to collect their prize from the advised collection location.
• Prizes not collected within 30 days of notification will be forfeited.

Notification

• Winners will be notified via the contact information provided during entry.
• If a winner cannot be reached within 7 days of notification, a replacement winner may be selected.

Publicity

Winner names will be announced on the Orchid Facebook page.

Disqualification

• Orchid reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with the Terms and Conditions.
• By participating, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Confidentiality/Privacy

• The parties agree that any non-public information obtained hereunder concerning the other party is confidential and may not be disclosed without consent, except as required by applicable law.

Jurisdiction

• These Terms & Conditions of Entry will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Fiji Islands, and each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Fiji courts.
