To enter the promotion: 

Participants must purchase Drypers Touch and upload their purchase receipt, with the product name clearly shown, in the draw to WIN.
The promotion is open to persons ordinarily residing in Fiji, excluding employees of Essity and their immediate family members.

Entry Qualification

• Purchase Drypers Touch and upload a valid purchase receipt with the product name clearly shown to enter the draw.
• Entrants may only enter in their own individual capacity.
• Employees of Essity and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
• Each valid purchase receipt submitted in accordance with these Terms & Conditions will qualify as one entry.
• Incomplete, incorrect, or ineligible entries will be deemed invalid.
• The promoter reserves the right to invalidate any entry which, in its opinion, breaches these Terms & Conditions or any content guidelines published as part of the entry process.
• Entries must be received during the Promotion Period and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry.
• Once submitted, entries cannot be altered or deleted.

Prize Dispatch & Collection

• Winners are required to collect prizes from advised dispatch locations.
• Locations will be advised based on winner’s address.
• Prizes not collected within 30 days of notification will be forfeited.

Notification

• Winner announcement will be made on the official Drypers Facebook page.
• Winners will be notified using the contact details provided in the entry form.
• If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of the draw date, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Publicity

By entering this promotion, winners agree to the use of their name and/or image for promotional and publicity purposes across Drypers Touch marketing and social media platforms, without additional compensation.

Jurisdiction

• These Terms & Conditions of Entry are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Fiji Islands, and each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Fiji courts.
